Our Polaroid project had three phases to it: teaching, learning, and discussion.
Capturing the curiosity of Armenian youth through Polaroid photography. We empowered children (8-14 year olds) to explore their world and tell their own visual stories. Their excitement was contagious as they grasped the basics and ran with creativity. Now we're listening to them explain their images in their own words, gaining priceless insight into their perspectives. By putting cameras in their hands and letting their vision unfold, we're fostering self-expression and cultural understanding.
